Hola Nipah Virus Lyo PCR Kit is designed for detection of the presence of Nipah Virus nucleic acids by real-time RT-PCR. Nipah Virus is detected by targeting the N gene conservative region. The required sample type is RNA extracted from tree saps, leaves and fruits contaminated by fruit bats (genus Pteropus). The device provides qualitative detection.
