The Hola Mycoplasma pneumoniae / Chlamydia pneumoniae Lyo PCR Kit is a duplex real-time PCR assay for the qualitative detection and differentiation of two major atypical respiratory pathogens: Mycoplasma pneumoniae and Chlamydia pneumoniae.
These organisms are frequent causes of community-acquired pneumonia and other respiratory tract infections, especially in children and young adults. This kit enables simultaneous detection in a single reaction, supporting faster diagnostics and targeted treatment.
